At Dragons Team Store, we want you to represent your team with pride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
